Summary0000958: Alt tabbing reset movement speed
DescriptionWhen running and alt tabbing out of the game and coming back, the movement speed is reset to walking speed and need to be toggled 2 times again to go back to running (seems like alt tabbing reset the actual speed but not the toggle value, so once you're back you need to use the toggle 2 times to do running (but not really) -> walking -> running)
Steps To Reproduce(Set the display to windowed fullscreen, might matter)

Enable running

Alt tab out of the game, then in again

Character is walking

Toggle running

Character is still walking

Toggle running

Character is running again
