Summary0000838: Game starting in "full screen windowed" regardless of setting in graphics
DescriptionWhen I very first start my game.
it starts in windowed mode rather than in full screen.
I then go to settings and flick it from and to full screen.
This then fixes my view for the session
Steps To Reproduce1. Start game
2. it will start windowed
3. go to graphics settings
4 . change to fullscreen windowed and back
5. This will resolve the issue until i close the game and reopen
