Summary0000779: Battery Arrays are not disconnecting
DescriptionThere is some general weirdness with the battery arrays being disconnected on their own UI.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go into a battery Room

2. Disconnect the Aggrigator from a battery

3. Draw doesnt Update

4. Reconnect

5. Disconnect Distributor

6. Still Charges through a disconnected Distributor.
