DescriptionC-Deck Ring3 AFT does not receive power, even if the related breaker of Distributor Deck3 AFT is turned on.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go into Lower Computing
2. Turn on Deck3 AFT Ring 3 Breaker
3. To to Deck3 AFT Ring3 Distributor
4. See that no voltage reaches Distributor
5. Profit?
