Description- "On-Screen Hints & Tips" toggle doesn't toggle the on-screen hints & tips (Ingame)

-- SUGGESTIONS --

- Make R1 and L1 tab through the Settings pages

- Set buttons to hovered when using a controller instead of just having the blue box.

- Add an NPC toggle to gameplay settings even if it's just greyed out for the moment.
