Summary0000347: Debug options not resetting after restart
DescriptionToggles don't reset to "Off" after game restart.
Steps To Reproduce1. Toggle any debug options On & Apply
2. Quit the game
3. Launch the game and check settings.
Additional InformationMy original idea for the debug settings were that they would, unlike the normal settings, be reset to "Off" after a game restart. So a person who enabled those on accident and doesn't know how to disable them, can simply restart the game and it's fixed. Was still working on this when I pushed so the foundation for that may be in the GameInstance.
