Summary0000297: SteamVR launches when I launch the game.
DescriptionProblem:
When I launch Starship Simulator in a VR capable steam account, steam starts the SteamVR application. This is usually because the engine has been compiled with VR support.

Result:
Steam VR launches

Expected Result:
Since in its current state VR is not supported, this flag should probably be off.
Steps To ReproduceSteps to Reproduce:
1. Login to a Steam that is equipped for VR.
2. Launch Starship Simulator
3. Observe the steam UI
