Summary0000288: Lights and equipment blink out
DescriptionIn the lounge, there is a constant flickering of lights, and when they go, so do the staircase, the railings, and the railing lights.

I'm at 17ish fps when it happens.

The staircase and lights only flicker into existence for about 20% of the total time, their collision appears to remain.
