Summary0001390: Emergency Teleporting near the E.T. Spawn Area
DescriptionWhen I hit Emergency Teleport near the respawn area, the lights flicker heavily and while I'm in Pause menu still, the environment turns completely black. But unpausing returns the light.
I also have it sometimes happening when I respawn from falling off the ship.
Steps To ReproducePressing "Emergency Teleport" near where it would spawn you.

Graphic Settings:
RS: 100
Shadow: High
AA: TAA
Sharpening: Very Heavy
AO: SSAO
Refl: High
Vol. Fog: On
Motion Blur: Off
Chrom. Abberation: Off
Bloom Quality: Standard

FPS: Unlimited (though runs at 60 for me)
