Summary0001387: Bug Tracker doesn't display it failed to submit a Ticket
DescriptionI had tried to submit a Ticket while I had no internet connection on my PC. When I did so, it briefly went to "Submitting Ticket" and the window disappeared without any indication that the submission of the Ticket has failed.
