Steps To Reproducetravel to anywhere using auto pilot, while decelerating manually increase speed using num pad + until auto pilot tries to disengage should get stuck and not be able to turn off FTL drive and you wont be able to control the ship

I tested this and was unable to get this specific bug.
The only issue I was able to create was I overshot the target.
The ship then spun in a circle until I disengaged the drive manually.
This was caused by spam clicking the increase field button.

Fixed a while ago. You can no longer increase speed when "disengaging" is active.
