Summary0001017: ETA to target not correct for interplanetary travel at low speeds
DescriptionThe ETA showing on helm (and the main view screen) does not seem to be reporting accurately in all cases. Specifically, an attempt to fly from Earth to Mercury at the lowest possible FTL setting of 0% (30 km/s) is saying that it would take 999+ YEARS to reach the target. This is not correct. At a distance of 0.93 AU, the trip would take around of 53.675 days. Something must not being calculated correctly.
Steps To ReproduceStart a new session/game (in Earth orbit).
Set target to Mercury (range should show 0.93 AU).
Engage FTL at 0% (speed should show 30 km/s).
Observe ETA reading says "999+ YEARS".

1 au = 149,597,870.7 km
0.93 au = 139,126,019.751 km
139,126,019.751 km / 30 km/s = 4,637,534 seconds = 77,292.23 mins = 1288.204 hours = 53.675 days
